Family Orientation
Prior to enrolment parents are encouraged to visit the centre to look around and meet the staff. Opportunity is given for all parents to ask questions about how we will care for their child, tell what he/she is like at home, what they require from childcare and what they would like their child to gain out of being at the centre.
Once parents decide to enrol at the Centre, an enrolment form is used to collect the information required. Information about claiming Government assistance for payment of fees is provided and the Centre has forms that parents can complete which we lodge on their behalf. On the first day, parents are given assistance with finding their child’s locker, checking information in relation to care and assistance with arrival procedures including signing the attendance record.
