Confidentiality & Privacy
At all times, staff will keep personal and private information of families, children, staff and management confidential. Parents are able to access information about their child at any times. Relevant external agencies (DOCS, Police) have access to records held at the Centre. If unsure, staff will ask the person requesting information to wait whilst they check with the Director if access to the information is permitted.
